Heat-exchanger production method for wavy/undulated heat-exchanger elements for a rolling train with pairs of rollers uses wave peaks and troughs connected by wave sidewalls

Multiple notches (1) arranged with gaps in a herringbone pattern are embedded into a metal belt. Holes (3) are made out of these notches. Wave peaks (Wb) are either moved towards wave troughs (Wt) or vice versa. They are moved when a wavy/undulated heat-exchanger element surmounts a difference of level. For this purpose, the metal belt is deflected regarding the surface plane of the difference of level. This deflection is made vertical to the surface plane of the metal belt. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A rolling train with several pair of rollers; (2) A wavy heat-exchanger element with wave peaks and troughs; (3) A heat-exchanger consisting of flat tubes.
