The system has upwardly open, double-walled hollow cylinders (DZy1-Dzy4) positioned on a flat surface, and provided with air inflow pipes with air flow generators (LG1-LG4), respectively. A hollow space between double walls of the respective cylinder is filled with an amount of liquid in an initial position. Floatage of a downwardly open and upwardly closed single-walled hollow cylinder (ZY1) is guaranteed and secured. Forces are not transferred to a crankshaft before start-up of the system. Piston rods of lifting cylinders (HZ1-HZ4) are connected to the crankshaft.
