The drive (1) has a closed circuit (2) including control lines (7, 8) connecting a hydraulic pump (5) and a hydro motor (6) with each other, and an operating control (3) for adjusting delivery volume of the pump. Valve units (4, 4') are connected with the control lines arranged downstream of the motor, and are connected with the operating control. The valve units control the operating control based on an operating condition of the drive. Extraction valves (28, 28') are connected with the control lines, respectively, and are opened or closed based on a flow direction in the control lines.
