The screw unit has a distance piece (10) with a resting collar (11) arranged in a spreading element (2) at a fitting unit. Retaining elements (12) are arranged at a front side of the element. A positioning cylinder (13) is arranged between the collar and a cone (3). A cylinder guide (14) with a clamping region (15) is arranged at a free end of the element, where the end is adjacent to the cone and an angle of elevation (alpha) to the cone lies between 35 degrees and 55 degrees. A clamping cylinder (16) is arranged in an expansion sleeve (8) between a spreading leg (7) and a threaded hole (6).
