The element has a set of retaining ring bolts (SRB) passing through two partly overlapping drillings. A locking ring (SR) is used for attachment on the bolts. Filling rings (RA, RI) are provided for pushing onto the bolts before attachment of the locking ring. The filling rings enable partial filling of gaps between the bolts and a wall of a drilling in one of workpieces (B1, B2), where the drillings partly overlap the workpieces. The filling rings are made from a tough and cold ductile material, and are formed on the locking ring or at a head of one of the bolts.
