The spring (1) has a working chamber partially enclosed by a pneumatic spring bellow (4) e.g. cross-layer bellow, made of elastomer material. The bellow is connected with a pneumatic spring piston (3) and a pneumatic spring cover (2) at ends of the bellow. A rotary elastic element (11) e.g. rubber bearing, is provided in a transmission chain such that a relative rotation takes place between the cover and the piston. The element rotates about a longitudinal axis (10) of an overload spring (9) of the bellow. The chain is formed during attachment of the cover, piston and the spring.
