The device has a shaft (1) for performing two rotating motions corresponding to opposite rotation directions (2, 3), and two levers (4, 5) connected with two transmission units for translatory motions. The levers together with the transmission units convert the rotating motions into the translatory motions, respectively. The levers are arranged with respect to a circumferential direction of the shaft within the same region, and are spaced apart from each other with respect to an axial direction of the shaft.
