The method involves transmitting data record from a mobile phone (40) and an Internet protocol-based communication terminal (70) to a prepaid account management device (20), and verifying whether sufficient money amount is present in a prepaid account. Transfer of money amount is controlled under responding to acceptance information when the sufficient money amount is present. A transfer-confirmation information is transmitted from the management device to the phone and terminal of the payee and/or to a mobile terminal device (30) of the payer. An independent claim is also included for a prepaid account management device for controlled transferring of money amount.
