The device has a sensor (16) i.e. two or three dimensional acceleration sensor, for detecting motion i.e. acceleration speed, and an electronic unit (12) i.e. microprocessor. The electronic unit is performed to assign tone with the motion detected by the sensor, and a position for translation or rotation. A tone unit (14) e.g. head phone, is provided for transforming a tone into a sound signal. A pressure sensor transfers a pressure difference produced by an air flow into an electrically reprocessed signal at a cross-section constriction. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a tone.
