The toothed wheels are connected with a drive toothed wheel (5). The pins are simultaneously connected with the radial slots of the cross piece. The drive toothed wheel (5) is connected with a driving device. A wall (8) of the slots is connected with a section of circular roll shaped surfaces (9-1, 9-2) with radius (R).
