The method involves spacing an inner screen wall apart from an outer screen wall. The screen walls are connected and maintained at a distance by connecting hooks (4), and an interior space is filled with a filling material. Posts (1) are provided and anchored in a certain post distance with a help of point foundations embodied in the earth. A connecting region is formed between screen boards. The filling material are selected from stone, wood, plastic granulate and sound insulation material. An independent claim is also included for a screen wall consisting of an outer screen wall.
