The head box (1) has a fibrous material suspension (2). The dosing openings of the unit are arranged in an upstream distance to a flow channel (6) of a turbulence generating units (5,5.1) for dosing. The upstream distance receives a value of 1 to 100 millimeter, preferably 3 to 50 millimeter, particularly 5 to 30 millimeter. Multiple opening central lines of the dosing openings of the unit are arranged in misalignment in z-direction to a channel central line (6.M) of the flow channel of the turbulence generating unit.
