The press has a control area (21) for engagement of an opposite spring loaded and rotatably arranged blocker (14). The control area is formed at outer circumference of a control plate (19) in two parts. The control area consists of control surfaces arranged in parallel. One of the surfaces is formed as tooth surface and/or pinion surface (28). Another surface is formed as resilient elastomer surface (27) and partially overlaps the former surface in its height. The elastomer surface is formed as elastically deformable plastic plate, rubber plate and metallic spring i.e. spiral spring.
