The applicator has a stopper (5a) made of elastic material i.e. silicone, thermoplastic elastomer and elastic paint. Filling openings are provided in a perforated wall of cannula and/or in a wall of a piston channel of a handle (3) for loading with a body i.e. active implant, where the handle extends in a direction of cannula elongation. The body and/or a piston are provided in the piston channel, in a cannula channel or in a movement channel. The stopper is fixed at edges of a wall material of the cannula, the wall of the piston channel and/or the wall of the handle.
