The horse inhaler has a cover (2), which is attached on the mouth (11) and nostril (12) of the horse (1). The cover is sealed by a circular sealing (3) against the head (13) of the horse. An over pressure is produced in the cover during breathe out of the horse. The over pressure is generated by a flow resistance (7).
