The stand has a column form and an upper stand part, at which a power connection box is to be fastened. A lower stand part is to be embedded into a base. The stand parts are connected together by a target breaking element (1), which consists of a brittle-fragile material i.e. cast iron. The target breaking element has a section with reduced cross-sectional area, at which the target breaking element breaks with influence of a force of preset size. The stand parts are formed by plastic hollow sections, in which fastening elements consisting of metal are attached for the target breaking element.
