The horizontal drilling device has a drill head which contains a base body (3) and a displaced bolt (1). The bolt is displaced from a retracted position to another position in which the bolt projects out of the base body in bore direction. The drill head is connected with the linear or rotating drive by drill pipe (2). The drill head is formed as steering drill head. The bolt is positioned on the longitudinal axis of the base.
