The unit has an evaluation unit (1) recognizing presence of flame (3) via a temperature sensor (2). A signal (5) is sent to a server (6), via a modem (4), after a preset added total burning duration of the flame. The evaluation unit indicates presence of the flame via an optical display (7). The modem is provided adjacent to the evaluation unit. The optical display and the temperature sensor are placed optimally. The signal from the modem is sent to the server. A set of channel connections (9) is provided.
