The element (21) has a base body (17) with a sponge like structure single-sided with a micro fibre cloth (19), which is arranged at a side of the base body turned towards to a base. The micro fibre cloth is connected by a liquid-permeable adhesive e.g. open-porous two-component adhesive with the base body, where the open-porous two-component adhesive is made of Polyurethane. The base body is stuck together with the micro fibre cloth and with a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) structure component.
