The nozzle has a guiding surface producing angular momentum, and a cover with a number of angular momentum producers (7) arranged next to each other in a plane. Each producer has a hollow cylinder (8), where the guiding surface is arranged in the cylinders. Free intermediate areas (10) are arranged between the cylinders, which have inner diameter of 1 to 3 centimeters. The cover has a thickness of 1 centimeter and is inserted and/or pivoted in a flow path of the air. The producers produce the angular momentum that is aligned in a same rotation direction.
