The raft has plates (2) provided under a base, where the plates are arranged with the possibility of a free rotation on a certain angle with respect to a horizontal axis. The axes of the plates are parallel to each other. The plates are arranged with the rotation possibility up to 180 degrees from the horizontal position up to the horizontal position and are provided with a controllable unit, which limit the angle of its rotation. The controllable unit is implemented as rope, which connects edges of the plates with one another and with a point on a housing (1) of the raft.
