Geothermal energy utilization system installing method for building, involves connecting energy transfer points with heat pumps associated with buildings, respectively, and introducing heat exchanger medium into closed cycle

The method involves installing geothermal energy devices (200-1 - 200-9, 300-1 - 300-9) for the withdrawal of heat energy from the earth, where the number of the energy devices depends on the number of buildings (350, 360, 370) to be heated. Each of a set of energy transfer points (352, 362, 372) of the buildings are connected with a supply line (330) and a return line (340) to form a closed cycle. The energy transfer points are connected with heat pumps (351, 361, 371) associated with the buildings, respectively. A heat exchanger medium e.g. rain water, is introduced into the closed cycle. An independent claim is also included for a system for utilization of geothermal energy for a set of buildings, comprising a number of geothermal energy devices installed in the earth.
