The seemed textile vascular prosthesis (1) has a tubular section (3). An end-to side anastomosis is dissimilar from 90 degrees. The section has an asymmetrically extended funnel (4) with an opening (5) for forming an aerodynamic junction at an end, which is designed for mounting at a side wall of a vasculature (2). A prosthesis wall is provided, which is effective in vertices area (10) of a concave curvature by inclusion of additional threads than in other areas with original connection.
