The system has a gas chromatograph (1) provided with an auto sampler (2). A reaction container arrangement (3) is arranged within function areas of the sampler and adapted to the size of the function areas. A reaction container (4) is provided with a closure, which exhibits porous or sealed covers. A high pressure capillary is arranged in the sealed cover and stands in connection with a surrounding area and the reaction container. The sealed cover consists of sterilizable material such as non- porous silicon, Teflon(RTM: PTFE) or rubber.
