The arrangement has stabilized individual floating elements (1) provided as a foundation for accommodating platforms, buildings or technical devices. The elements are made of material such as polysterol, Styrodur(RTM: Green-colored extruded rigid polystyrene foam) or foam glass. The elements are strengthened by a stand (2) made of metal sheet or synthetic resin-reinforced plastic fabric at corners. The corners are additionally reinforced and the elements possess the form of a block and are connected one below the other by connections i.e. connecting elements or over profile bars.
