The cone has a trunnion (1) for retaining a winding core (9), and clamping elements distributedly arranged at the circumference of the trunnion for transmission of a torque on the winding core. The clamping elements are formed by a group of axially clamping lamellas (2, 2a, 2b) that are arranged one behind the other, where the clamping lamellas are rotatably supported at the trunnion around a rotation axis (3). The clamping lamellas sit in a clamping position during deviation around the rotation axis based on the rotation direction or retract into a rest position.
