The shuttering element has locked profiles (2) with rectangular cross section, running with frame shape along an edge of a shuttering plate (1) and running perpendicular to edge profiles. A screw (3) attaches the plate on the locked profiles from a rear side through small and large holes (4, 5). The plate consists of plastic, and the locked profiles consist of steel. The small hole is provided in the locked profiles adjacent to the plate, and the large hole is provided in the locked profiles for feeding the screw consisting of a screw head. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of a shuttering element or exchanging a shuttering plate.
