The system has a heating device (1) for heating a fluid heating circuit medium. The heating device has a heating regulator (2) that is connected to a heating circuit (6) comprising multiple heating elements (5) and leading the heating circuit medium by a forward connection (3) and a backward connection (4) hydraulically. Each heating element has a throttle valve (7) and a thermostatic valve (8), where the throttle valve has a motor drive (9) that operates with the heating regulator. The drive is provided for operating the throttle and thermostatic valves.
