The lamp has a lamp housing in the form of a hollow tubular profile (1) and comprising a longitudinal section of a metal or plastic casing wall as supporter (2) and a cooling body for a light unit (3) i.e. electroluminescent LED, that emits light to outer side and fixed to the casing wall. The hollow profile has a closed casing wall, an air supply opening (5) in a bottom side, an air outlet opening in an upper side and a longitudinal extension with larger cross section width, where the profile is arranged perpendicularly or at an angle inclined outwardly.
