The naps exhibit a diameter from 15 millimeter to 25 millimeter and a maximum thickness from 1 millimeter to 2 millimeter. The rod-shaped elements are connected with each other in an area of longitudinal ends by connection parts (5, 5a) and form a frame (6). The frame and/or the rod-shaped elements are made of a plastic.
