The sucker has a syringe of a piston (2) with fingers and/or a handle in a base (1) for sucking, against which a hand heel or thumb is pulled. The piston is again pressed into an initial position by a compression spring (5). Air is exhausted over check valve-exhaust air (9), while check valve-suction air (10) is closed. A supporting filter (13) and a sterile filter (14) are provided. A lip lens (12) is fixed with the help of a cross threads or a centering aid.
