Heat recovery method for internal combustion engine of motor vehicle, involves tempering heat medium e.g. exhaust gas, before entry into heat exchanger such that heat medium is supplied to heat exchanger with smaller temperature
The method involves expanding a working medium (A) e.g. water, under transfer of a mechanical operation in an expansion device (5). The working medium is condensed in a condenser (6), where the medium is transferred from a gaseous aggregation condition (G4) to a liquid aggregation condition (L1). The medium is transferred to a conveying unit (2). A heat medium e.g. exhaust gas (M), is tempered by a heat exchanger (4) before the entry into a heat exchanger (3) such that the heat medium is supplied to the heat exchanger (3) with a temperature that is smaller than a given limit temperature. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine with a heat recovery device.
