The multi-disk clutch (100) has a hub (102) and a cage (104), where an inner disk (108,110,112) or an outer disk is arranged on the hub and on the cage in a rotationally fixed manner. The outer or inner disk is provided with the devices for restraint distancing of a friction surface of the disks in a decoupling condition. The outer or inner disk has a connection section which is resilient in an axial direction of the multi-disk clutch. An independent claim is included for a disk for a multi-disk clutch.
