The syringe has a hollow needle (14) and an ejector (16) i.e. rod, fixable in relative position at a hollow cylindrical handle (12). A front end of the ejector is placed in the handle at determined distance from a tip, where the distance is adequate for receiving a cylindrical solid body (10) in the hollow needle. The needle is pulled out after releasing of a stop relative to the handle and the ejector till behind the front end, by a spring cylinder, which is axially guided into the handle, by force of spring (18). The spring is pretensionly received in cylindrical hollow space of the handle.
