The pipe (R1) has two chambers (1, 2) for receiving flow of a fluid. Opposite faced broad walls (3, 4) are connected with one another by opposite faced thin walls (5, 6) forming a transforming region. The broad and thin walls form outer sides of a profile. The broad walls are connected with a bar (7) and separate the two chambers. The bar is formed with two transforming sections (11.1, 11.2) of a bar flap (11) of the metal strip. The bar is formed with edge sections (12, 14) of a side section of the metal strip. A part of the edge sections forms an arrangement for the bar flap. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchanger to exchange heat between two fluids.
