The transmission has gear elements placed in a housing (16), and an input shaft (2) is connected with an output shaft (15). A sun gear (1), a planet gear (3), and an annulus gear (5) are provided for forward gear. The sun gear, planet gears (7, 8), and an annulus gear (9) are provided for reverse gear. The gears (1, 3, 5, 7-9) are provided with a common planet carrier, and are attached to torque regulators (6, 10, 12, 18), which are drivable by drive- and driven sides. The annulus gear (9) is rotatably connected with the torque regulator (10).
