The vehicle (1) has a central controller (2) detecting approach of a user, and a display (4) that is invertable during approach of the user to the vehicle. The approach of the user is detectable by unlocking a central locking system and by sensory detection of a transponder, which is carried by the user. The display that is monochrome thin film transistor (TFT) display is permanently invertable. The controller is connected with a sensor (3) and the display over a data bus (5).
