The monitor has variable periphery and internal earth connections (1, 2), and networks whose symmetry is determined by direct current and alternative voltage measurements between a conductor of positive and negative actuator-sensor-interfaces and an earth point. A set of autonomous system interface networks is loaded by a single power supply unit when an earth connection is available in a single network. An alternative voltage earth connection is registered in a direct current moderate earthed autonomous system interface networks on the basis of the alternative voltage measurement.
