The device has a couplable adapter (1) made of a dielectric material and extending into a hollow waveguide (2). Reflection units reflect evanescent field in a transition region between the hollow waveguide and a dielectric waveguide (3). The reflection units are connected with the hollow waveguide. The reflection units are formed as apertures, which act as a conductor of the hollow waveguide with continuous expansion of inner diameter of the hollow waveguide. The dielectric waveguide is sealed on a side by a metallic sealing material.
