The device (1) has an impeller (2) rotatably supported around a rotational axis (8). The impeller comprises a set of blades (3). Each blade forms a radially running movement area (4). A mass body e.g. ball, moves freely in an inner area of the movement area corresponding to a rotating position of the impeller. A radially aligned fixed return element (7) engages into movement path of the mass body such that the mass body is return again to the rotational axis of the impeller during the rotating movement. The return element comprises an arc-shaped guiding contour.
