The twin-clutch gear box (1) has a pinion shaft (24) with a pinion head (28) and a crown wheel (29) intermeshing with the pinion head, which is connected with an output shaft (30) of the gearbox. The pinion shaft and the output shaft are supported in horizontal orientation in a housing (2) of the gearbox. The housing has a clutch housing part with an oil sump. The clutch housing part carries the crown wheel and the pinion head.
