The center (1) has a pure water manifold (2) comprising dialysis machines (3). Bleed lines (4a-4j) are conducted from pure water supply lines (2a, 2b) for parallelly supplying the dialysis machines, where diameter of the bleed line is smaller than diameter of the pure water manifold. The bleed lines form a loop led back for recirculation of the pure water, where length of the bleed lines is limited within 20 meters. A tiltable arm connects the dialysis machines to a pure water supply. Lines at the tiltable arm are guided from the bleed lines to the dialysis machines.
