The machine has a hollow rotor (2) with rotor slots (17) for a vane, where the rotor is rotatably supported eccentrically in a housing (1). The rotor has a cylinder (4), which is coaxial to the housing, to form outer chambers (7) and inner chambers (8). The outer chambers and the inner chambers are provided with inlets and outlets. A cover has an the inlet groove (10), which connects a part of the inner chambers with the inlet, and has a outlet groove (12), which connects another part of the inner chambers with the outlet.
