The pump has an axial bearing (25) i.e. axial needle bearing, provided between an annular piston (23) and a work cone (26) located axially adjustably on a pump shaft (5). A return spring (28) i.e. diaphragm spring, is arranged between the work cone and the shaft. A driving cone (30) is centrically arranged in a front side (29) of a belt pulley (3) that is in effective connection with the work cone. A working piston (14) acts on a working medium i.e. water/glycol mixture, present in a working cylinder (15), pressure lines (20), an annular channel (19) and an annular piston operating chamber.
