The arrangement has a screw (1) comprising a tool attachment surface (4), a section (8) and a shaft with a thread section (7). An intermediate element partially encompasses the shaft of the screw. The intermediate element is designed as an elastic sealing member (2) guided along the shaft to the thread section in a movable manner. An interference fit is obtained between the thread section and the sealing member. A sleeve and a ring are snatched by providing a limited axial freedom to the sealing member. A clearance fit is obtained between the sealing member, the sleeve and the ring. An independent claim is also included for a method for preassembling of a mounting arrangement.
