The supply unit has a current conducting foil (1) including an electrically connected silver wire (6) at an outer edge. A signal processing line has output ends (61) for supplying signals released in different locations of the foil. The foil has multiple resistors (12) e.g. hollowed grooves, at an edge, where the resistors are spaced at a preset distance from each other. A signal supply channel (13) is formed between the resistors. The resistors and the channel intersect with each other, and are electrically connected with the wire and remotely arranged from the center of the foil.
