The arrangement has devices for locking the internal pipe in the external pipe. The device latches (4) are formed on the inner side of the external pipe and projected downwards. The device latches have associated cavities in the outer side of the internal pipe, in which the latches engage. The external pipe has a reduced wall thickness in the area of the latches, so that the latches bent outwards elastically during the insertion of the internal pipe.
