Photovoltaic solar module for use in electric energy generating device, has frame made of polyurethane, where frame preset elasticity modulus and specific thermal expansion coefficient, which are measured parallel to module edges
The solar module has a frame made of polyurethane, which completely or partially surrounds the solar module. The frame has an elongation at break of 50 percentage, an elasticity modulus of 30 Newton per square millimeter and a thermal expansion coefficient of 80x 10 power-6 per Kelvin. The elasticity modulus and the thermal expansion coefficient are measured parallel to module edges. The frame comprises natural or mineral material, which are selected from the group such as mica, wollastonite, glass fiber, carbon fiber or aramid fiber. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of a photovoltaic solar module.
