The piston has a center borehole (7) guiding a case (8) of a blind rivet (10) until the case projects into a cylindrical borehole (9) of a piston rod (4). The blind rivet extends inside the case based on the side of the piston rod. A radial material deformation of the case causes form- and/or force-fitting in the cylindrical borehole of the piston rod when the case is axial-pressed with the piston. The borehole has a larger inner diameter partial area (13), in which an extended area (12) of the blind rivet radially deforms the sleeve after assembly.
