The side plate is rotatably held to an axle (3) fastened to a lower side of the cleaner by a cylindrical receiver. Ribs (5, 6) are arranged at the lower side of the cleaner, where the ribs rise up towards the side plate. The ribs surround the axle concentrically, and are designed as circular or circular-arc shaped. The ribs are trapezoidally formed in a cross section.
